Power Supplies Group Appoints Steve Lea as Managing Director

Power Supplies Group (PSG) is delighted to announce the appointment of Steve Lea as its new Managing Director, marking an exciting new chapter in the company’s continued growth and expansion across the UK and Ireland.

Steve joins PSG with a proven track record of leadership, business transformation and operational excellence, having held senior positions with Fujitsu, Serco and, most recently, Bureau Veritas. During his time at Bureau Veritas, he served as Managing Director of the Building Services division and Performance Director for the UK business, leading strategic initiatives and driving sustainable growth.

His appointment comes at a pivotal time for PSG as the business continues to strengthen its position as a leading provider of cable and accessory solutions for adoptable grid connections and private energy infrastructure projects. The company’s single-source delivery model continues to gain momentum across key sectors, supporting customers with the products, technical expertise and service required to deliver critical energy projects.

Steve joins the PSG Leadership Team alongside the company’s founding members, Martin Parker and Daniel Jukes. Together, they will continue to build on the strong foundations established by the business while driving the next phase of growth and innovation.

Commenting on his appointment, Steve said:

“I’m delighted to be joining Power Supplies Group at such an exciting stage in its journey. PSG has built an excellent reputation within the industry for technical expertise, customer service and strong supplier partnerships. I’m looking forward to working with the team, meeting customers and suppliers, and helping accelerate the company’s ambitious growth plans.”

Over the coming weeks, Stephen will be meeting customers, suppliers and colleagues across the business as he familiarises himself with the company and gains a deeper understanding of the markets and partnerships that have contributed to PSG’s success.

PSG would also like to extend its sincere thanks to outgoing Managing Director and founding member, Russell Codd, who leaves the business following a management buyout. Russell has played a significant role in the development of PSG, helping establish the company as a trusted partner within the energy infrastructure sector. The entire PSG team wishes him every success for the future.

Martin Parker, Sales & Marketing Director at PSG, added:

“Steve brings a wealth of leadership experience and a strong track record of delivering business transformation. As we continue to expand our offering and support an increasing number of energy infrastructure projects across the UK and Ireland, his expertise will be invaluable in helping us achieve our long-term ambitions. We are delighted to welcome him to the PSG team.”

As PSG continues to invest in its people, partnerships and capabilities, Steve’s appointment reinforces the company’s commitment to delivering exceptional service, trusted technical solutions and long-term value for customers and suppliers alike.

Welcome to the team, Steve.
