Power Supplies Group is looking to appoint a Finance Business Partner to support the Finance Director and provide valuable financial insight across the wider business.

This position combines financial management, commercial analysis and strategic business partnering, making it an ideal opportunity for a qualified finance professional who wants to contribute beyond traditional reporting responsibilities. The successful candidate will work closely with leadership, commercial, operational and sales teams to support informed business decisions and drive improved financial performance.

The role will be responsible for preparing management accounts, budgets, forecasts and variance analysis, while supporting board and leadership reporting. The Finance Business Partner will also play a key role in maintaining the integrity of financial reporting processes and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Alongside financial reporting, the position provides significant exposure to commercial analysis. Responsibilities include analysing margins and pricing, monitoring profitability trends, developing financial models and providing insight into commercial risks and opportunities across the organisation. The role also supports cash flow forecasting, working capital management, payroll administration, VAT compliance and wider financial governance activities.

PSG is seeking a commercially aware and highly analytical individual with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate financial information into meaningful business insight. Candidates with experience in engineering, infrastructure, utilities, manufacturing, distribution or energy sectors will be particularly well suited to the role.
